Better Than Most
I’ve tried a few silicone gels on my surgical scars, and this one works the best. You need just a tiny, tiny amount, so one tube will last me forever. It’s easy to apply, goes on clear and stays that way. I’m not sure how it would blend if I were to apply makeup over it, but I suspect not well. It does remain a little bit sticky on the face, even when I apply the tiniest little bit. It is reducing the redness and bumpiness of my scar, I think, which is slowly flattening out and turning white. Honestly, though, the scar oil that I make myself from helichrysum essential oil in a carrier of rosehip seed oil works better than anything store-bought. You can buy both those oils on Amazon.

Slow results, but a great product
We are officially on our 4th one of these. My daughter had a lot of acne scarring on her arms. We purchased this upon advice of another person. There’s some pros and cons:Pros: its working. There is a noticeable difference after about 2.5 months of using this. It’s not completely resolved, but looking better. There is no heavy scent and goes on smoothly. Dries down quickly and doesn’t seem to stain any clothing. A little does go a long way.Cons: you dont get a ton of product. It’s a slow process, but works. You will go through many of these before results are achieved.It’s a good quality for an over the counter product. If your looking for quick results, this is not the product for you.Overall I give it 5 stars bc you do get a decent quality for it being OTC. If you’re okay with it taking more time than a prescription…. definitely give this a try.

Genie in a tube
An honest review:I’ve purchased this product 6 times already. The first, I had a bad gash on my forehead. My PCP suggested to buy this and boom. Within months it faded away. It took 3 tubes applying 3 times a day. Now I just bought my third one after a very deep cut that I should have gotten stitches for right above my eye. Doing the same thing and this is working wonders. You just have to be very vigilant about it and keep applying it 3x a day otherwise it may not have a prominent effect or depending on how bad your wound is. I’ve read many reviews stating it helps old wounds and I don’t doubt it but honestly haven’t tried. This stuff is like a genie in a tube. You’ll thank me

Meh – post mastectomy scar
I think this product is decent, but has a very long drying time and sticks to clothing. I prefer the silicone strips. I got this product after my mastectomy and not sure if it’s really helped. I think maybe scar massage and the silicone tape along with the Mederma Cream has probably faded the scar more than anything. I’m about one year postop and I think my scar is fading nicely… if I were to guess I would say maybe this product has contributed to 5% of my healing. For reference I am an RN, so have some background knowledge in wound care and healing. Honestly would recommend silicone adhesive strips, which you can reuse several times.

Great Solution for Scars That Felt Hopeless
I’ve been using this gel for almost two months now, and honestly, I didn’t have much hope at first. My C-section scar developed into a large, thick keloid that felt very rough. Even though I haven’t applied it every single day, I can already notice amazing improvements. My scar feels smoother to the touch, it looks smaller, and it has even started to lighten in color.I’m truly impressed with how much softer and less noticeable my keloid has become. If it works this well on an old, stubborn scar like mine, I can only imagine how quickly it would work on smaller or newer scars.If you’ve been struggling with keloids or scars and feel like nothing helps, please give this a try. I never thought I’d see progress with my scar, but now I feel hopeful again. I’ll definitely keep using it until my keloid is significantly reduced or maybe even gone completely!Another great point: even though the tube is small, a little goes a long way it lasts much longer than I expected. Very good quality.Highly recommend, you won’t regret it.

This is the only thing that worked. It’s a tiny tube, probably will need quite a few for full effect but saved me having to get dermabrasion which was next step!
