I could not believe this would work as advertised,, too many write ups saying its great !!!So I finally bought it figured I’d return this over rated product as per Amazon’s policy.So?It works ,, real good ,very good I’m pushing 80 years old, deficient in mangnesium, and brains ,, and a lot of good thoughtssorry as one grows older the more senile we get.Ok spray it on ,or pray it on,, it works in about 3- 5 minutes,, real good. Cures leg cramps,,senile thinking,, and my mouth!!I can not get over how good this is– tried using it one night after a wine tasting part y,, ( thats a real no no and thanks to my intake–i knew I would be a pretzel by midnight ,,, cramps a plenty,, sprayed this on after a shower,, got up 4 hours later –slight cramps,,sprayed again– slept real good!!) How can this be? All i know is –it works !! Of course,, If the NRA reads this you can be bullet proof also!! This is actually something that works
I love it. I usually get cramps in the arch of my foot and usually last for about ten minutes which hurts really bad, but when I first got it I left it on my desk and when I got a cramp I grabbed it and poured some on the arch of my foot and the cramp stoped and eased the pain.Ps. I don’t know if it was just me but mines didn’t come as a spray it was just with a cap. But overall good product.

I ordered the leg cramp magnesium oil first. And liked it so much I ordered a much bigger bottle of plain magnesium oil. The first bottle I have been using as recommended, on the bottoms of our feet and then up to our knees.(The “our” means my husband and myself.)I have been suffering for some time from very stiff and sore muscles–caused more by ibuprofen withdrawal and its rebound effects; as well as from antihistamine use due to severe seasonal allergies, which also has helped to cause my body to go wonky. Figured, enough. Let’s go the natural route, no more pharmaceutical lab drugs. And it is working.Ditto for husband, who has had a great deal of stiffness following a hip revision surgery and a misdiagnosis, or really a missed diagnosis of iron-deficiency anemia, which then created a perfect storm. He was not able to walk well, his legs were weak, and stiff, and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong until I got my hands on the blood work and there it was. Very low hemoglobin level. Iron in the form of Vitron C is helping a great deal, but still, he was plagued with how to help mitigate the stiffness he was left with in order to walk more and better.We are also taking Serrapeptase, which helps internally while the oil of magnesium helps externally and transdermally.It does help that I am a science writer because I was unable to get any answers from any medical folks. And now, in a time of pandemic, it has been far more isolating than ever.Thank you for this product and all the others you have available. Natural is almost always better. And with far fewer side effects.

THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS!
I, like so many others, have suffered with leg cramps for several months. (Not years like some report!) Now, with your Seven Minerals Magnesium Spray along with some meds, I’m pretty much over them except in the morning upon awakening when I get some minor discomfort until I’m up and walking around. Full disclosure, prior to purchasing your spray a family member who knows my situation gave me a bottle of Theraworx (as seen on TV!) which absolutely works but it really has (to me) a bit of an objectionable odor. Your Magnesium Spray, on the other hand, has a very pleasing and calming aroma that I find to be a tremendous asset AND it works! Is there anything I didn’t like? Well, since it’s an oil it’s just a bit oily. Doesn’t stain fabrics that it has come into contact with though. I apply it with nitrile gloves on but it washes off easily when not used. How does it work? Get a cramp, spray some on your hand or on the affected area, massage it in and watch the muscle “let go” and the pain go with it. Simply amazing to me! Bottom line, if you have cramps give this Magnesium Spray a try especially if you find odoriferous effluvances objectionable. Did I mention that IT WORKS?
