Bigger scars this doesn’t seem to work
On some small scars it worked well. I have a keloid scar from open heart surgery that in 3 weeks of 3x a day application hasn’t changed in appearance or size.

Silky smooth and absorbs well
Has a silky smooth texture, absorbs well without leaving a sticky residue, and eliminates scar itch and works well. It lightened my incision scar but not drastically. Between the silicone gel and massage my scar flattened dramatically. I alternated between this silicone gel and silicone scar sheets. I used the silicone sheets at night to prevent pulling on the scar when I lay down and the gel during the day. The gel is expensive but worth the money.

Best scar solution!
I underwent a double mastectomy in April and tried using silicone strips but found they didn’t stand up well to sweat or movement and that they were really clumsy to clean and reapply. So, I switched to this gel for the summer months, and I am so happy with the results. My scars have improved leaps and bounds in the 3 months that I have used this product and I plan to continue to use it until they are as invisible as possible.It goes on smooth and white at first but clears up and hardens as it dries– some whitening/lightening will be visible while you wear it, but that isn’t a bad thing since it immediately makes the scars look lighter. Holds up well to sweat and doesn’t rub off on clothes once dried. Love the SPF protection, though it’s not enough for extended periods in the sun!

Excellent product. Originally purchased thinking I’d use this for fine lines in my face. Well, that works but I have an old scar from when they removed my thyroid several years ago. I decided to give this a try out of curiosity – never thought it would do anything. Drumroll! After a week of sleeping with this on my scar I see a very noticeable difference. I’m frustrated because I didn’t think to take a before pic for comparison. I will be purchasing this and keeping some on hand. It’s a great product!

I’ve used this scar cream for about 2 months. I used it on new surgical scars and old acne scars. For acne scars, it has lightened and flattened the scars noticeably. For surgical scars, it has helped greatly in flattening the scar and evening out the color. You have to use this consistently to see results. So far I’ve had great results!

I’ve been using this every day for 2 months since i had stitches out from a hand surgery. I don’t know if its healed well naturally or because of this product but either way i think it’s great. Keeps the scar well moisturised, better than an E45 cream. Great for using for scar massage too, as its no friction.
