This stuff really works, and the seller is great! My first bottle was dispensing incorrectly, and I immediately took it to Kohl’s for a return. I received a replacement the next morning. I will continue to buy from this seller. Thank you!

Dispensing issue
I’ve used this product for a while. My dermatologist recommended and I purchased from them multiple times. When I saw it was available from Amazon, I ordered to save myself a trip to the dermatologist. I opened the box when I ran out of the bottle I was using (I always have the bottle upside down). The pump only worked on one side. I tried a few times and decided to send it back and go to my dermatologist to get it. It’s too expensive to only use 1 of the sides. My past bottle may be a little finicky but they always end up dispensing on both sides. They received my return weeks ago and are still evaluating it. There is literally 3 pumps missing from one side of the bottle because it didn’t work. SkinMedica claims to stand by their product for 30 day. I will update review with outcome. When the pump functions properly, the product works but I am rating today based on dispensing functionality of what I received and potential return issues.Update: it look a very long time but I was refunded. I am updating this to 3 stars because it does work. I can’t give it 5 stars because the pump was defective on two bottles of this so far.

Have purchased this skin product for years from other sources. Was an excellent price. Packaging the same but this one has a perfumey smell – I only purchase this 2/year as a very small amount is used each time – hope it’s the real product

I’ve been using this serum for years. I will never buy it again. As others have mentioned , the pumps don’t work properly. There are two fluids that come out of two different pumps, which you’re supposed to blend together. Instead only pump worked at first, and then only second pump worked, and now neither of them do. A complete waste of my money!
