Great sleep aid
I’ve tried other herbal sleep aids in the past but this one helps me get a solid good night’s sleep with no side effects in the morning. I will be buying this product again and I highly recommend it!

Just the right mix for me
This has the ingredients to make you drowsy then fall & stay asleep through the night. I don’t feel drowsy the next day. Works much better than Melatonin alone. I only take 1 a night when I feel I need it.

Helps me to get to sleep
I take two easy to swallow capsules every night before bed to help ease me into sleep. These work well especially if you take them 30 minutes before bed. The flavor has Valerian root which is pretty strong and nasty, so I place one on my tongue and take a quick swig of water and then down the second one. If you do it quickly it is not bad at all, just do not let them sit on your tongue or dissolve in your mouth as Valerian is pungent and strong, but is vital to help relax you.

No side effects, no grogginess,I start getting sleepy about an hour after I take one. I have a problem falling asleep, not staying asleep, so I only take one capsule. They’re a little big so I usually have to have a bite of food to shove it down. This is my 2nd bottle, so of course I’m a fan!

Very restful sleep
I have tried many sleep aides including prescription. This worked as advertised. Rested well. Fell asleep without the tossing and turning that I normally have. The dose said 2 capsules, but I find one is more than efficient.

Big improvement over plain melatonin
This product helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I suffer from frequent periods of waking in the middle of the night with no amount of meditation lulling me back to sleep. Melatonin by itself only seemed to help me fall asleep. We use this brand’s turmeric pills and I figured I’d give this a shot. Great results! I still wake occasionally, but it’s a lot better than before. The pills are a little difficult to swallow- not size-wise, but the casing “grabs” in my throat. A little extra water helps them go down.
