Game Changing!
My review on these may be a little different than usual and I’m going to get a little personal here, but these vitamins have really helped me. So much so that I feel the need to take the time to share my experience, in case it might help anyone else in the same position.This ended up being a little long winded so to summarize: These have helped me tremendously with the boost I need in the mornings that gives me the energy and motivation to face my day, in spite of some pretty big challenges to that. (And without any sensitivity issues!) It might sound a little dramatic, but these really have been a turning point in my life.So…. I struggle with pretty severe depression and anxiety, primarily related to stress. Mornings are the worst for me, it’s hard to get motivated to do much of anything most of the time. I’m always researching supplements, looking for that “magic” pill to help with all of life’s struggles- as we probably all are. (These may not be “magic” but after years of searching they’re the closest thing I’ve found!)Anywho, I came across L-Theanine and wanted to try it since it is promoted to help calm, so it sounded like it could possibly help with my stress and anxiety (which is a major factor in what blocks me from being able to face my day- primarily my work).And then I came across these: L- Theanine plus Caffeine. That sounds like a fantastic combination to help me in the mornings…. IF it worked anyway. I wasn’t about to get my hopes up, I’ve tried SO many different supplements it’s ridiculous.So I didn’t really give it the best shot at first. I’m very sensitive to vitamins and supplements, and I was a little worried about taking it in the mornings without food- I don’t make much of a habit of eating breakfast. But I finally decided to try it one morning with the rest of my morning pills, before eating anything. I braced myself for the nausea that might come, but it never did. But I could sure feel it kick in! When it did I felt a boost of energy, which really helped me to start my day.So I decided to try using them every morning and see how that goes. And its gone so well that they have now become a regular part of my daily med/vitamin regimen- I take them every single morning now!I’ve been taking these daily for over a month now and they really have been that thing I’ve been looking for for so long to give me that extra bit of help- that boost of energy and motivation that is so desperately needed to start and get through my day. The caffeine in these gives the boost of energy, but the L-Theanine gives the motivation because it really does help relax the stress and anxiety I feel that makes it so difficult to do much of anything. And with no sensitivity issues at all, so that says a lot about this brands quality.Like I said, it’s not a magic pill, but it’s definitely something I wouldn’t want to go without now. It might sound kinda cliché, but these have really helped change my life. So I hope that this might also help anyone else reading this that may be dealing with a similar struggle!

Tampered bottle (Updated)
The supplement bottle arrived unsealed with pills spilled inside the shipping box. The tamper-proof seal was removed, and the bottle had clearly been opened before shipping. While the outer box was intact, the condition of the bottle makes this product unusable. Very disappointing and raises serious safety concerns.**UPDATE**The SmarterVitamins Team had reached out to me to acknowledge the concern of both safety seals failing and are sending over a replacement. I have been ordering this product for over a year now and it has been a staple in keeping my mind sharp during work hours and providing energy after work for fitness goals. No crash or jitters experiences or even upset stomach.

Provides an even caffeine fix
I used to be a strong user of energy shots, an excessive amount really.A friend mentioned they used caffeine pills and after the Jesse Spano joke, I looked into these. On a whim, I bought a bottle and was blown away.The energy shot was great but definitely provided highs and crushing lows which required more and more of them.Since switching to this product, I have found that the highs and lows I used to get no longer exist. This gives me the wake up and refreshers I need throughout the day.Additionally, they are much easier to travel with, which used to be a huge problem for me. I was on the other side of the world once and found myself counting out my supply and realizing I wasn’t going to make it.These are a great product and they work extremely well.

Okay, works a bit but made me sick eventually
This was a decent energy supplement at first, didn’t feel like Adderall or anything unfort but it works for a few days. If you do take it, I recommend taking small breaks in between days because I was taking it daily and eventually started to get a sick sensation and foggy brain.

Great product and no crash
I love these! I’m in perimenopause so my energy has been lacking along with my focus. They give me a nice energy and concentration boost through out the day with no crash. I highly recommend!

Unreliable product
I had a really disappointing experience with SmarterVitamins 200mg Caffeine pills. When I opened the bottle, I found that many of the pills had melted together into a sticky mess, despite being stored in a cool, dry place. It was nearly impossible to get a single pill out without breaking it apart, which made dosing a hassle and raised concerns about the product’s quality and storage stability.Even worse, when I did manage to take a pill, I felt no caffeine effects whatsoever—no boost in energy, focus, or alertness, which is the whole point of a caffeine supplement. I’ve used other caffeine pills before and typically feel a noticeable kick, but these were completely ineffective for me. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with the product’s condition and performance, and I wouldn’t recommend SmarterVitamins 200mg Caffeine to anyone looking for a reliable energy boost.

Works good for energy
Well I have only taken one pill so far and it did give me a lot of energy. I did not felt jittery like coffee made me feel and it lasted about 6 hours. I did eat a meal prior to taking the tablet and I got quite a bit o getf heartburn so watch out for that. Otherwise I like the product. I will only use it when absolutely needed.

The best supplement for energy. Just two pills in the morning with a huge breakfast and I am able to take on 16 hour work days
