Great consistent magnesium!
I take this magnesium every night before bedtime. I never have restless legs and I fall asleep quickly. The dosage is good if you take 2 at a time. The price is very reasonable. They are kinda powdery on the outside of the individual capsules. It’s not a negative, just a observation. I highly recommend anything from Solaray.

Great results and low cost alternative to mag sulfate
A cheaper alternative to magnesium sulfate. I was on GNCs mag sulfate for years but then my local source went away. What’s worse it (gnc) was actually more expensive to keep buying it online here so,I started trying other types and fell in love with these. Solaray has always been a great manufacturer for vitamins and they have several varieties of mag, its a soft gel capsule with no taste, and is much better on my stomach than any sulfate version I’ve tried snd I’ve tried many. I take this to help prvent migranes but there are several other reasons to take this supplement. Hope this helps! If you’re on a budget and want a no bad taste magnesium supplement then check this one out from Solaray. BTW. I was not compensated for these thoughts but would live to be inticed.

works combined magnesium to help lower BP – read my post.
If you take 600mg grams of Potassium Asporotate and 400mg of Magnesium Asporotate (Soloray brand only)… then you MAY be able to get off of high BP medicine. After taking this for only 3 months. I was able to get off of medication. Then I got out of the habit for taking it after about 6 months and my BP spiked back up a little, but not like it was.. I started taking it again.. and it worked AGAIN… I’ve continued to monitor my High BP…and it has remained in check now even if I am not consistent with taking it…but it is BETTER if I take it faithfully.. so I DO KNOW that this does work. IT is the only thing I found that works. This BRAND and this TYPE of magnesium and Potassium.. there are MANY types I’ve tried, but this type actually works. (don’t be confused there is an aspArAtate and there is an aspOrOtate (for both magnesium and potassium) – get the one with the O’s in the name.
