This supplement comes in a plastic bottle with a flip top cap. It was produced within a year of receipt and had a shelf life about 2.5 years out. I was already taking a few of the ingredients in it separately, so I opted to give this blend a try.The capsules are maybe a little larger than standard, but still easy enough to take. I don’t experience any stomach upset or aftertaste. I take this to support general wellness and for antioxidant/anti-inflammatory potential. The dosages of ingredients like milk thistle, ALA, etc. are within effective ranges.I have used Solaray products in the past and am generally satisfied with their sourcing and transparency. However, I do think that this supplement is a bit on the pricey side from a value perspective considering the 3/day serving size. I occasionally alternate taking 2 capsules instead to make it last longer.

High Quality, But Expensive!
I take 3 capsules 30 minutes before lunch, as that is my biggest meal of the day. The capsules are large, but I am able to swallow them without too many issues. I recommend you have a full glass of water to help you swallow them down. I also recommend just putting 1 capsule in your mouth at a time. The capsules are odorless and tasteless so I just take my time while swallowing and it has worked out fine. I feel less bloated after eating large meals and find it much easier to go regularly throughout the day. I also love that I am starting to feel more energetic after taking these capsules for a few weeks.After taking these capsules for a few weeks, I feel like my digestive system is working much better and that this liver cleanse/detox is really working. I like the idea of taking natural products to help boost my health and this supplement appears to be a high quality one. I do recommend that you take these capsules when you have quick and easy access to a bathroom, especially for your first week or so. I also find it best to take them before breakfast or lunch so that I don’t have to get out of bed during the evening to run to the bathroom. My only issue with this supplement is the price is quite high. It is about $2 a day if you take the 3 capsules. I feel that it is worth it, but I will probably target using this liver cleanse a few times a year.

1 week in and haven’t noticed anything but quality ingredients and quality company.
I use SOLARAY for a supplement or two in my stack because in general, they have been synonymous with quality supplements for a long time. If memory serves, they were acquired by Nestle a few years back but I haven’t noticed any changes to the quality since. As for this supplement, I have only been on it for a week and hav not really noticed any big changes, but I suspect I need to get through the whole bottle to see any benefit or be able to measure effectiveness. I have not experienced any side effects while on it and the three capsule serving is easy to take. No weird flavors or smells while taking it. If you are interested in this type of supplement, you can’t really go wrong with SOLARAY. They may be a bit more expensive than some others you would find if you did a search, but the high quality almost always means value to me.

I have made a few changes in my diet lately like eating cleaner and using a grounding bedsheet. So I e had a burst in focus, energy, stamina and mood. But I know for sure this product is why I’ve been “more regular.” First it was a problem until I figured out that this has magnesium. I was also taking a supplement of magnesium to sleep better. I’ve since cut that one out completely and now I don’t have any issues with going to the bathroom regularly and comfortably. I learned that these ingredients in thai product draw water into your intestines, making things flow but also requiring a lot of water intake. I have to drink so much more water now (which i wasn’t doing well so that’s a good thing). The key is to be consistent with this one and i will continue using it.
