Stick with it.
When I first got this, I didn’t think I’d be able to stand the taste. The best I was able to do was 1/4 scoop in water. It ruined coffee if I tried hiding it in that. But I stuck with it because I love Solaray and because I’d heard you have you get used to Stevia. Now, I’m able to get a whole daily dose by drinking half a scoop each in the water with my AM and PM vitamins and it tastes fine, not bitter anymore. Stevie is way better for you than sugar so I’m glad to be developing a taste for it.

I liked it but not my favorite.
This was my first trying a vegan collagen powder and it wasn’t bad. I do prefer collagen made from animal fat but its a good alternative! The vanilla flavor was not overpowering either. The texture was a little thicker than I anticipated so I would probably add more liquid beyond the recommendation, but thats a personal preference. I haven’t noticed a difference in joint pain or energy levels but I probably need to use more consistently (as opposed to occasionally) to see those results. For the price its a great value and I’d recommend as a great vegan option.

TOO SWEET
I was really excited to add this to my smoothie daily but it is WAY TOO SWEET. I found it really hard to swallow my smoothie because it was too sweet. The texture of the powder is what I expected, and it mixed into the smoothie very easily. The taste of the vanilla was nice but it just contained sweeteners and I didn’t expect that so it’s too much for me. If you are looking for a sweetened collagen option, this might be great for you! if you don’t want added a sweetener, this product is not for you.

Quality Ingredients, Dreadful Flavor
This booster offers a hearty helping of skin, muscle, hair, and nails boosting collagen but has a flavor that may be difficult for some to sip. It mixes well with room temperature and warm drinks.PROS:+ Critter-Free Collagen: The star of this show is marine-based collagen, which offers the same body-loving pop as traditional collagens, yet with a vegan-friendly nod. It is a great choice for those avoiding dairy or critters and is easy on the stomach.+ Easy To Mix: I found this mixes the best with warm or room temperature liquids; cold liquids may need a tad bit more stirring. I have tried it with water, hot cocoa, and oatmilk and it blends without forming large lumps.CONS:- Tastes Like Sour Milk and Medicine: I don’t know what on earth is in this that could be imparting such an awful flavor, but my wife and I don’t like it. It is chemical, artificial, and very cloying all at once, striking the nose and palate both with face-furling flavor. The taste is pungent and more notable with room temperature drinks and near unbearable with hot bases which brings the pungency into something reminescent of gym socks–sour and stale. Mixing this with cocoa powder, protein shakes, and even blending it into a smoothie didn’t help. The only way my wife and I could use this was by adding a very small amount across multiple drinks per day to cover the flavor.

Great quality
It tastes great and dissolves well in a shake or smoothie. It seems to helps with my joint pain, hair and nail growth.

The taste is a bit strange, but it has great ingredients.
I’m getting older (not old, but mid-life at this point) and have been told it’s good to start taking some type of collagen booster. This stuff doesn’t taste awful, but it remindes me of the way animal bones that are used to make bone broth smell- so almost like ground up bone. I don’t mean to sound morbid, but that is what this tastes like. It doesn’t taste at all like vanilla to me. Looking at the ingredients, they are really great and I’m glad to know it’s a product that is going to absorb well and isn’t full of junk that my body can’t process. The powder mixes fairly well, too. It’s too early to say that I’m seeing any positive benefits from this, but I can say it doesn’t cause any negative issues in my body

Too sweet tasting from stevia but sugar free
I love Solaray products. This company has been around since 1973 and I regularly take several of their products. This one is not my favorite though. Not because I don’t think it is good quality, I do think it is. I like stevia okay in general and I think it is better for me than sugar as I watch my blood sugar levels and it doesn’t affect them like sugar does. However, I think companies use too much of it or something as powders like this taste way too sweet for me. I also get an aftertaste with too much stevia so I am not a real fan. Outside of the sweetness level, I think this is just fine. The price is comparable to other similar products. I think it is a good powder to use. I just wouldn’t get again due to the taste of the stevia

Love that It’s Vegan
This SOLARAY Vegan Collagen Booster is a wonderful alternative to marine or bovine collagen. I’m so happy that companies are realizing that they can make alternatives that don’t require animal ingredients. This is also gluten-free and sugar-free. I add one scoop to either water, non-dairy milk, or a smoothie and I’m good to go. When adding to water or non-dairy milk, it does take a little work to get the powder dissolved but pressing the clumps to the side of the glass with a spoon makes the job easy. Of course, the smoothie is the easiest since the blender whirs it all up. The vanilla flavor is okay in water but best with non-dairy milk of your choice or in a smoothie. It is very sweet but uses stevia rather than sugar which is much appreciated. This company really cares about the environment and uses bottles that are made from post-consumer recycled resin. I like that their products are made in a GMP-certified facility, and tested in their lab in Utah. Great product.
