For Constipation, Leg Cramps, Healthy Bone Building!!
Great supplement to alleviate the side effects of Chemotherapy! A bit of truthfulness here — chemotherapy causes all kinds of side effects, constipation being one of them. My husband is a cancer patient and even with an excellent whole foods diet was still finding the chemo drugs would bind him up. Laxatives can alleviate constipation but they’re also full of chemicals you don’t NEED, not to mention they often take DAYS to have an effect upon the bowels. The main ingredient in many laxatives is MAGNESIUM anyway. My husband took these and within a couple of days, he was “regular” again. The chemo also depletes the body of essential vitamins, so having the B6 combined with the magnesium is perfect for maximum absorption and usage. I also take them now, and the leg cramping I often get disappeared. Most people do not get enough magnesium in the diet — and it one of the main ingredients in the production of bone. Great product for older people especially. SMALL, easy to swallow tablets – very smooth, not chalky so if you don’t like pill swallowing, these will be tolerable.

I’ve been using this magnesium and B6 supplement for a few weeks, and I’m impressed with the quality! I can genuinely feel a difference in my sleep—it’s much deeper and more restful, which has made a noticeable improvement in my focus and energy during the day. I feel sharper and less sluggish, especially in the afternoon. The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which is a plus. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the price, which is slightly higher than some other options. However, considering the benefits, it’s worth it.
