I’ve always envied cats for their ability to sleep profoundly. This wonderful supplement has helped me achieve the ability to sleep deeply just the first night I started using it. I love and appreciate Solgar for their excellent products and this is one product I truly recommend!

Works way better than regular extended release melatonin
I have ordered this product the second time and it really works for me. Before i used too take bi-layer melatonin 5 mgx2 but this works way much better with the middle layer added with other ingredients. It’ a bit pricy but it’s worth to get a better sleep than before. It’s a personal choice so just like with any other supplement or medication it works differently for each individual. Keep in mind that that these things are mostly a hit and miss but found my hit finally.UPDATE : 08/10/2022. I have been using this product for more than 6 months and it’s working like no other melatonin product i have tried before. I guess the combination of the ingredients agree with me so far. It’s definitely worth a try.UPDATE: 06/16/2033. This particular product keeps working for me in the same way. I have been buying it for many years now and proved very effective even if I have to take a nap daytime. Please keep it in stock because it really works for me.

Great product that works like it should
I have a hard time getting to sleep at night and I found that this product really helped. A little on the pricey side as most supplements are but since Solgar doesn’t sell directly from its own website I bought it through Amazon. The packaging was great (thank God, since the container is glass) and it arrived in a timely manner.

Works Well BUT
I like these but they’re too strong in the morning I would feel really groggy. BUT I use my pill cutter and cut them in half and then in half again so I only take a quarter of a pill. And that is perfect for me.

This product is terrible. If you DO NOT WANT to sleep, then this is what you need. Otherwise save your money! Have tried four times, and it keeps me awake!

Sometimes Good
I have taken other supplements with melatonin that are better at promoting a long sleep ( longer than 7 hours) but this will work in a pinch.

The only melatonin product that has worked for me.
I don’t know what it is that makes this product so different than others that are similar, but I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years.I had asked my doctor to prescribe sleeping pills because I wasn’t sleeping at night and I was falling asleep during the day. He suggested that I try this particular product before he’d prescribe anything. I’m glad I did! The first night I fell asleep quickly and slept six hours which was amazing for me.I can’t say my results have been great every night, but over the course of six weeks there has been steady improvement most nights and now I sleep 6-8 hours a night almost every night.When I’ve taken sleeping pills in the past I was always groggy when I woke up and for a few hours afterwards. With Solgar’s Sleep, I wake up alert and usually feeling refreshed.
