It works!
This is a great product and it works. None of that exaggerated, duck-like effect you get with lip fillers, but it gives a subtle yet noticeable plumped effect to your lips that makes them look naturally healthy and juicy. For context, I’m a 40-year old female and over the past year I’ve noticed my upper lip beginning to thin and wanted something that would help my lips look plumper yet still natural. This product made an immediate difference the first day I applied it, and now I’m applying it every morning and at night before bed and will of course be ordering again. It just enhances the natural shape of your lips without the artificial effect that comes with cosmetic procedures, which is a win in my book. Added bonus: it’s a great moisturizer that lasts for several hours, although I do live in a very dry climate and do need to supplement with some vaseline in between applications. Only warning: the plumping effect is temporary, so if you want an enhanced look on your lips on an ongoing basis, you need to be using it daily (I’d recommend either once or twice a day, depending on your individual needs).

QUALITY! permanent lip changes
I’ve been using this for a little over a month and my lips had permanently changed. Over the years, I’ve used a wide range of Lip moisturizers from CVS rite aid pharmacies to Sephora to Amazon. I have super chapped lips till the point it peels hence, I have the habit to reapply lip moisturizer almost every hr and this one right here is the best one I’ve ever purchased. After using this, I stopped reapplying as often because my lips are permanently moisturized. This texture is not sticky or tacky, it feels like soft petroleum jelly. It smells so good, a hint of sweet coconut; not overpowering. It doesn’t just act as your local lip balm. This stuff actually gets absorbed into your lips. My lips also permanently turned to a rose punch pink color since I’m pale. My lips used to look white and pale with thick dead skin, ew. I decided to write a review when I saw the pinkness in my lips. I’m so happy. This jar did more than it said. Also, FYI: I don’t scrub my lips nor do I get any peeling anymore. My lips look plumped and healthy. I will be repurchasing when I finish my current jar. This should last me more than half a year. It’s tiny but a lot of product is inside. However, there is one con to it. This jar is TOO tiny, I literally can’t put my finger in it to get some product out of it. My nails are too long for it. Instead, I dip my lower lips into the jar to apply the product. The size of this jar is a little bigger than a 25cent quarter. But still, I finally found my secret beauty lip product. 3.5 stars. This is basically a good quality chapstick, more of a lip gloss. Star deduction for priciness, but it’s overall pretty decent quality and I may buy again if I don’t find something better. It’s not going to work miracles, but it *does* do a little of what it claims to do.I have extremely dry lips. Typically when I wear lip color or regular chapstick or other similar products, my lips quickly start to flake. It’s very frustrating. This product does seem to reduce (but not eliminate) that issue. I think it also does help a bit with plumping, but again, this is not a miracle product.It has a subtle but pleasant scent. I don’t taste anything when I wear it.It is glossy, but not tacky. For those with less problematic lips, this would probably extend lip color when used over or under.A good product if you’re realistic in your expectations.ETA: I have discovered an actual fix for my awful lips: this product, plus Avon’s Beyond Color Lip Conditioner! I wish you knew how long I’ve been dealing with this horrible chronic chapping. So long. My lips even bled sometimes. As stated in my original review, this product did help, whereas typical glosses and chap sticks did not, but alone it was not the fix. My Avon lady kept talking up her lip conditioner, but I assumed she was just giving it props to make a sale. I later tried a Beyond Color lipstick, since this Lip Rescue had somewhat improved the chapping. I was beyond shocked that the lipstick didn’t chap my lips, and even more surprised when I took it off and realized my lips were…almost normal! So I ordered the colorless Avon Lip Conditioner, and have been using it in conjunction with Lip Rescue ever since. And ya’ll…my lips are just normal now. It’s amazing. I use the lip conditioner a couple times a day, and put on the Lip Rescue at night.

Oh man I think this REALLY works!!!
I’ve gotten lip filler in the past, and this collagen lip balm seems to work like, almost as well! My lips look so pretty and plump. I assume it’s some thing that you would need to do consistently but whatever it is it’s working for me. I put it on after every shower which is not necessarily every day. I just got back from a long day out of the house so the most recent time I would’ve applied it would’ve been 10 AM and now it’s 6 PM. And I looked in the mirror and thought to myself. Wow, those lips are so lush, plump and pretty! It really works!!!Also, really important note, all of the other plumping lip stuff I’ve used in the past was always sticky and weird and this is actually moisturizing like a normal lip balm, which is nice.
