A natural alternative
Finally. A natural sleeping aid that ACTUALLY works!!! I’ve been taking Unisom every night for years. I know it’s not the healthiest but it’s a struggle to sleep. I’ve noticed it didn’t work for me anymore and I was starting to wake up with really puffy eyes and feeling dizzy all day. I bought theses on a whim one day looking for something more natural to take. These work amazing! And I don’t have any weird side effects or struggle waking up in the morning. They’re a little more expensive than Unisom but it’s 100% worth the money for some solid sleep without the groggy side effects. Thank God for this stuff!

I take two at night before I go to bed and very occasionally I’ll take an extra one if I wake up in the middle of the night. They work better than any other sleep aid I’ve tried. I have fibromyalgia,CIRS, and spinal issues and these have really helped my sleep

Works For Me!
This formula actually worked extremely well for me. After months of tossing and turning, I gave this a shot, and finally got some nights of quality, deep sleep. I even had some exciting dreams!The only drawback for me is the Melatonin. Supplementing with melatonin helps us get to sleep, but introducing it exogenously before bed prevents most of us from producing it ourselves while we’re sleeping, so I woke up between 3-4am every single night while using this product. Was able to fall back asleep quickly, but still, this formula would be perfect for me without it.

I’ve tried everything to sleep. I chronically only get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night. I wake up a lot in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep.
