Holy Grail of Sparkling Tea
I have been on a quest to find a simple, no sugar, healthy-ingredients sparkling tea for quite some time. When I found Tama Teas it was like finding the holy grail. I love Yerba Mate and its health benefits, and the simple addition of carbonation with lemon and mint or lemon and ginger is a chef’s kiss of perfection. So many other brands add sugar, or fake sweeteners, or a mess of other ingredients, like guarana, that turn my stomach. With just ten calories and a boost of caffeine I’ve found my perfect sparkling tea. The best part is this caffeine boost doesn’t leave me jittery or anxious. I love drinking these at lunch to avoid an afternoon slump. I’m laser-focused at work and just feel good overall. Thank you Tama Tea for making exactly what I’ve been looking for—and for a reasonable price! I will be signing up for a monthly subscription. ❤️🙌🏼✨

Horrible medicinal taste
I love the Yerba Mate drink made by Guayaki, but I didn’t want to pay the price. I saw this and thought great, made locally to me and organic etc. This brand is terrible. I am not sure what percentage of it is fruit juice cause it tastes like diluted weak ginger tea with absolutely no sweetness at all. I deal with drinking it by mixing it with a favorite fruit juice. I am speculating but I think they have diluted the product so much to control costs that it’s just way too thin. It needs a kick with more fruit and fresh ginger. Has to have more sweetness. Hate to speak badly of a local company’s product but buyers need to know. Shame on me, I will spend the xtra for Guayaki! Buy that one instead.

A very nice beverage
This is the cleanest energy I have found. A great pick me up without synthesized chemicals. I like the mint and lemon flavor it could be a little lighter letting more bitterness from the Yerba. I wish there was a non sparkling option. Drinking carbonation in the morning isn’t what I crave. That would get 5 stars.

Not for me
I want to love these but I can’t. I really like the fizz, and if you like plain seltzer without any sweetness, you will probably like them. The flavor is there, but just barely. I only really taste the tea flavor. The ginger one is very strong so that’s the only one I really can say I like. I may add some sweetener and see what happens.

Since the other brands all went to a high sugar/artificial sweetener recipe this is an amazing substitute. Great flavors, no added garbage, clean ingredients. Very herbal natural mate taste that keeps you going without the crash and jitters. Love these flavors. 10/10
