Highly recommend – best natural sleep solution
I’ve been using this product on and off for years. It’s very effective at helping me get to sleep and stay asleep if my mind is busy or I am having a hard time relaxing before bed. Great when you’re under a lot of stress. I love that it combines multiple smart ingredients. Improves quality of sleep and vividness of dreams.
This stuff is excellent. I’ve been using it for about 4 years now in recommendation from my roommate. It kinda helps me get to sleep (I recommend something else for getting to sleep) but the quality of sleep improves substantially when you take the relax and sleep products (I’ve tried the chewable tablets and the pills. One thing I will warn about is it makes your dreams a little more vivid and they almost always include music you will wake up with stuck in your head. 4/5 because I have to use something else to help me GET to sleep.

A necessary product for some of us as we age…
If you need a little natural help for sleep, this is a great combination of melatonin and supplements. I take it just before I go to bed and most of the time it works to help me get to sleep quickly. During the night when I wake up and can’t get back to sleep, I take a spray product that works pretty well too. It’s by Sistem. That way I’m not trying to swallow a pill in the middle of the night. My husband takes the pills too. Actually he’s the one who found them. We replicated a sleep product that Trader Joe’s used to sell. This was the closest thing to it.

Not fantastic, but better than nothing
I got this because my usual melatonin and L-theanine supplement is out of production. This has the same dose of those ingredients, and I figured I’d take a chance on the 5-HTP. I find that this product doesn’t work as well as my previous one. It takes longer to have an effect. Sometimes it seems to take over 3 hours before I feel sleepy. It does help me far more than trying to sleep on my own. And although I don’t sleep as long as I’d like, the quality of sleep I am getting is good. My Fitbit tracks my sleep, and it’s noticeable that it’s better when I take this. But I may try Natural Factors L-theanine alone, or with a separate melatonin, once this bottle is done.

This is a good once and awhile sleep aid – for that it works well. However if you are looking for a nightly sleep aid that doesn’t leave you groggy in the morning what I found from taking this is that it’s better to just use L-theanine and valerian and omit the melatonin – You’ll get the relaxation and somewhat sedative feel from these alone but not the grogginess from melatonin. That being said I’m glad I have these for those nights were I need that boost that melatonin provides. I can see this product useful for insomnia vs the interrupted sleep cycle issue.
