Actually Helps
So I’ve taken these the last two nights and I don’t take the recommended 2 gummies. I only take one because I’ve had weight loss surgery..with that being said, I feel like one is enough for me! It actually works. I was a bit concerned that it may not, but it does have an artificial grape flavoring which I don’t mind. I think it taste great. You get 60 to a bottle, which is a 30 day supply, if you take two per day, which is the recommended dose! I will definitely be buying these again cause I slept like a baby and I feel less stressed today!

I was skeptical about these, and if they are worth the price is still sort of debatable, but they do seem to work. I usually take them in the evening to help wind down, or before going into high stress situations. It’s not going to knock you out or anything (it didn’t me, but that can depend on several factors), but it will help ease some mental tension and make a stressful day more manageable. Seem to kick in fairly quick, and work better with continued use. The taste and texture are totally fine,honestly, pretty tasty if you ask me. On the softer side, texture wise, for a gummy, so shouldn’t cause any issues if you have bad teeth or dentures, I wouldn’t think.
