Very informative
I enjoyed reading this book about super foods. I have been trying to eat healthier and found this book very interesting. I like that it listed each of the superfoods, told where they were from, how to add them to your diet, and all of the health benefits of eating them. I learned about a lot of different foods that I had not heard about before. I can’t wait to try adding some of these to my diet, I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

Not a Cookbook
This is not a recipe book. It does have a lot of useful information however. It is well written easy to follow and great for the beginner venturing into SuperFoods and healthier eating.I received this book at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

This was of particular interest to me as having suffered with poor health recently I am in the process of changing my diet and many aspects of my life. I have been advised to add several Superfoods to my diet. Superfoods are one of the big “new” things that are included in most healthy eating plans whether it be through advice from a GP or Alternative Practitioner. Superfoods have been around forever but it’s only recently that they are now being talked about in the media, amongst friends and even the rarest ones now being sold in most major supermarkets.This Ebook has been a great revelation to me in that most of the Superfoods are things I was already eating and all can be obtained fresh from the supermarket in the UK, or in ground form or as a supplement. I always presumed they would be things that were hard to get or very expensive but it is no longer the case.Each of the 20 foods are given their own chapter with:What you need to know about itThe Benefits of eating itHow to add to your dietI really found this book interesting, a short read that you can dip in and out and will give you all the basics of what you need to know when introducing Superfoods into your diet.My family and I always check reviews before buying any products so that we can make more of an informed choice. What a read, Not only is this book really easy to read, laid out well but explains everything exactly.The recipes are really easy to follow with directions easily laid out and not too many words per instruction makes these easy to achieve and conduct for even the most cookery challenged person.The ingredients are in foreign wordings so you have to pre plan each recipe and alter the product name if required and plan on where you can purchase them from.The measurements are also in US i.e. cups but this is easily remedied by the purchase of a weighing cup or use of a kitchen cup as long as you use the same cup for the entire recipe.The recipes are really tasty and actually do not make you feel that you are using natural ingredients even if you are not used to this amount of fruit or vegetables in your diet generally you will not feel like you are missing out and actually the further you go through the recipes you actually get used to them and start to find new flavourings from each of the components.. If you miss it for a few days it is like your body starts to crave the amount that you are actually ingesting… this is totally amazing that you get used to it so quickly. You also feel completely refreshed and “clean” inside out and the skin appearance well wow is all I can say.Well overall if you are thinking of purchasing this book then go for it, I am so pleased that I did and now I am starting to feel confident enough to start altering the ingredients a little or removing some of the ingredients that I am not overly keen on.Received this book in return for a frank and honest review.

This book is an introduction to foods that are thought to have huge health benefits in keeping your body in optimum condition. These foods when added to your diet are thought to have benefits to exisiting medical conditions and be helpful in preventing others.It is only a short book at 47 pages but I don’t feel it needs to be any longer and gets the point over well. I did find that some of the foods were slightly obscure but each to their own.Overall, not a bad read but it is just an introduction and this information can probably be found at various sources on the internet.I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for an honest review, all thoughts and opinions here are based on my own experience of the product.

This book is a really good introduction to the top 20 superfoods, it is very informative about all the different healthy superfoods, it explains how the foods are made, where they come from and other useful health information, it includes fruits, vegetables, seeds and seasonings. I also like the section that tells you about the origin of the superfoods and all there individual benefits. This is a good resource if you aren’t familiar with superfoods and want to learn more about them, everything you need in one place instead of hunting around the net for the information, it is quite a short book but is well worth a read and is good value for the price. I would highly recommend giving this book a read if youre interested in superfoods. I received this book free of charge in return for my honest and unbiased review of which this is.

There are 20 superfoods detailed in this excellent book.Each chapter is dedicated to one of the superfoods and is broken down into sections examining the following:What we need to know about it – this section gives a summary of the food’s origins and historical uses.What the benefits of eating it are – this section provides details of the vitamins and minerals contained in the food along with an overview of the various health benefits.How you can add it to your diet – this section explains how the food can be added to your everyday diet.Overall, I found the book to be a good source of information on the superfoods. It is written in an easy – to – understand manner without the gibberish sometimes found inside books like this.I would recommend this as a go-to guide for superfoods that are available to everyone.I received this ebook free of charge in exchange for an unbiased and impartial review.
