This Vitamin D supplement is amazing – it was recommended by my son’s nurse, and in three months it improved my son’s Vit D levels by 29 points! Better than a prescription!
Better than a pricey prescription! I tried to improve my Vitamin D levels into normal range for years, as I suffer from a rare headache disorder and Vitamin D can play a role. My doctor had me taking super high levels of prescription Vitamin D and it yielded zero results. I decided to try sublingual and it had made a world of difference. I am now in normal range (though it has not helped the headache, sadly). The pills are small and easy to take. I highly recommend for anyone trying to improve their Vitamin D level.

Six Times More Effective, Same Cost, Good Taste!
My Vitamin D l serum levels have been bumping the basement for decades despite oral supplements. My functional medicine doctor recommended this product because sublingual absorption is about 30% effective versus about 5% from the stomach. Even at 10,000 units daily by stomach route I saw no real improvement. Taking the same amount subligually, my levels more doubled in 3 months. Tastes good, too!

Sublingual so it bypasses the gut however it still causes occasional diarrhea. It increases Vitamin D in blood but for me it only doubles it which still isn’t enough for me but better than nothing.

I have vitamin D deficiency and have been taking another brand of sublingual(absorbed under the tongue) D3 for several years, but they recently quit making it and I needed a replacement. So, I decided to give this one a try, and boy am I glad I did! I like it even better than my old one, as the pills are more compacted and hold their form better in the bottle, where with my old brand some of the pills would break apart before I even got to take them. These absorb quickly under the tongue and taste slightly sweet. Taking it sublingually means it is absorbed straight into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion, like when taking a pill, wherein you may not fully absorb it all. It’s especially important to maintain adequate vitamin D3 levels now, with everything going around, as it boosts your immune system. Vitamin D deficiency affects 42% of the US population, according to the National Institutes of Health database, so you might be deficient and not know it, especially if you don’t get adequate sun exposure. I recommend getting your level tested before starting D3 supplementation, so you know what dosage to take, as D3 is not water soluble, so you don’t pee out what you don’t need, like with Vitamin C, so it can build up in the body and become toxic if you take too much. I am due for my periodic bloodwork soon, so it remains to be seen if this brand boosts my levels as well as my old brand, but so far I’m very pleased with this brand.
