This is a nice broth for sipping when you don’t really feel like eating. I wish it didn’t have tomatoe in it though because I am sensitive to nightshades. It is not overly salty.

I first started sipping this bone broth in the individual serving containers. I loved the ginger and turmeric one. To my disappointment, the individual serving containers became harder to find in stores.Luckily, I found the carton of bone broth. I add my own ginger and turmeric to 12 ounces of warm broth to sip. Yummy, healthy and delicious!I also cook with this bone broth. It adds such a deep and rich flavor to chicken dishes, veggies, rice and soups. I love the resealable carton because it is easy to store in the fridge.This bone broth is more expensive than the stock options, but it is worth the price.

Ah, bone broth, basically chicken stock that’s been cooked a lot longer to extract maximum flavor from the bones and meat to extract all the flavor and collagen. It does taste different than the regular chicken stock. Heat it up with a minute in the microwave for best results, more if you can stand the heat, no additional salt or flavor needed. Have a better mouth feel as well. Price is not that much more than regular chicken stock and it’s from a National name you trust. I probably drank a coup every night, so this little pack only lasts a few days… at most. You may want to order several, in fact. It’s that good, almost too good to cook with.
