Easy to swallow. No after taste.
I have been taken cod liver oil on and off during my whole life. These gels are easy to swallow, they have no after taste and when I’m on them it seems that I don’t get colds… don’t know if it’s pure coincidence or they have health benefits.

Notice improvement
I has psoriasis. Even though very very mild, I suffer it most in my scalp and hair loss.I cycle how I source from Salmon Oil to Borage, Flax and Fish (both from Swanson aswell) however I notice more benefits when I use Cod Liver. My hair, skin, even my digestive. Even my mood is levels up (even though I do already use d3 every night).I really love this product and will continue to purchase from Swanson. This Cod Liver Oil just seems to work the best compared to other brands.

Not the best
It does have the proper ratio of 10:1 for VitA:VitD which is essential for CLO to work well, but I have to take 3 or 4 gels, 3 times a day to equal 1 gel, 2 times a day from Amazing Omega CLO.Not a big deal but I try to consume less added materials from capsules and gels, especially when the amounts our bodies require are much higher than what is suggested on the bottle. This is a great alternative if you can’t afford much and need something for good health.
