I have nothing really bad to say about these gummies. The only thing that I was not aware of was that you have to take 3 a day instead of 2 like most gummies. But other than that, I love them!

Caution when using this nice product
I got pain relief within days. However, when combined with my aspirin regimen and the recommended three times per day dosage — I found that I had bleeding events that were hard to stop. I think the combination of aspirin + turmeric + ginger was a very effective blood thinner. I’ve cut back and the problem is gone. Just a word of advice.
