This tea is delicious, especially with a little honey added. I believe it helped me recover faster from a head cold that had me dealing with ear fluid and a chesty cough. That was my experience, not meant to be medical advice. Very tasty in any case. It’s a lush, deep rich slightly clove-like, aromatic flavor.

I love this tea! It has a spicy flavor and scent that just soothes my soul. I needed to give up caffeine, so this caffine-free tea became my new replacement for coffee. I’ve been drinking it religiously for a few months now and have it a few times a day. I have noticed that my aches and pains have significantly diminished! I am a senior that can move so much better now! I really think it’s this tea that’s made the difference. I can’t come up with any other reason. If you like a spicy Chai tea, you might like this too. The blend is in a tea bag and includes Holy Basil, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove, and Stevia for a mild sweetness.
