So much easier on taste buds than powder
Spirulina powders have a noticeable taste in drinks – and I don’t find it pleasant tasting. I’ve drank green drinks for a while now so it isn’t abrupt as it once was.But I still like to take it in pill form. The serving size is broken into 2 pills so they aren’t large horse pills. These are about the size of a standard vitamin pill, which is bigger than aspirins. I have trouble with really big pills so I really appreciate they didn’t try to make a serving in a single pill.I didn’t have any pills broken, and they are packed really well with cotton but there is quite a bit of green dust in the bottle. I dont think the pills are coated at all.Spirulina shows up often on superfoods lists. I have recently seen an article on the internet tying the ingestion of it to Alzheimer’s disease. I have not researched thoroughly, and I’ve only seen this once. But it is worth noting if this is a concern from your family history.

Natural Odor Control
Spirulina is one of my daily supplements I take for a number of reasons:* It cleanses the blood and body.* I notice an increase in energy when I take it.* It has natural detoxification properties and one of the side effects of this is that it helps cut down on body odor. This is the number one reason why I take this. I do not smell as bad, particularly in my underarm area, when I take this.I much rather prefer these type of elongated tablets over the circular tablets because I find these don’t get stuck in my throat as much as the circular ones do. That being said, I do prefer my spirulina to be in capsules rather than tablets like these because I still do find taking these to be a little uncomfortable. Its not a huge issue, just something to note.All in all, this seems to be a very fresh and effective spirulina supplement. I’m happy with it.

Healthy natural supplement
These organic spirulina tablets are easy to take. The serving size is two tablets. The recommended serving size is 2 tablets. I like that it’s certified organic, and non GMO. It has lots of health benefits which in include immune and digest system support, increased energy, and etc… it’s a great supplement that fits in very well with my daily natural supplement regimen. I recommend it.

Good Organic Spirulina Tablets
The cotton that was inside the container was hard to get out (minus 1 star). My fingers alone could not get the cotton out, I had to get a knife to pry it out. Other than that these tablets are easy to swallow, made in Mexico, and give you 1.8g of spirulina per 2 tablets. I haven’t noticed any weight loss. However, I have not been sick since taking these.
