I have known of the benefits of green tea for many years, but you have to drink an awful lot of cups to get the full benefit of this ancient herbal tea. I decided to purchase this supplement (Swanson Superior Herbs: Green Tea Extract, 60 capsules, 500 MG) when I saw it at a bargain price on Amazon.I am taking several different medications and was concerned with this supplement interfering in some way; however, I have been taking one Green Tea capsule a day for a few weeks and am experiencing no side effects at this time. I intend to keep taking it in the future but I do recommend you check with your health provider to make sure this supplement does not conflict with any of your medications.After looking at several different Green Tea supplements I chose this brand because it was a well-known name brand and was the most reasonably priced. It is a natural anti-ager. Steep tea bags in warm water. Apply moist tea bags to closed eyes. Relieves puffiness. Apply to skin. Softens skin and wrinkles.

I urchase this product for a boost in energy. I can say after nearly a month this product has been great. I used it a couple of late nights to go work out and have used it for work during the day after long nights. Each time i have the energy boost i look for. I only gave it a 4 because i like to finish the product and i have probably a 1-2 months to go. I take it 1 time per day usualy in the morning and again at night when heading to gym.
