It’s Working!
I have cystic acne that is brought on by perimenopause with a vengeance. Hormones are a raging! I bought this because I need a healing cream. The first week, it brought out two pimples that were under the surface, but with daily use, they did not last long. It has stopped the breakouts, and working on the hyperpigmentation left by the acne. It has not been a month yet, and I’m optimistic. My skin is healing & the texture is soft. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly. Moisturize after application. It is retinol & best treatment with lesser harsh side effects. I will put up images in 3 months time. It’s good stuff. This is a gem from acne to wrinkles at a budget price.
This is the BEST budget acne plus retinol treatment you can find. Ask a dermatologist and they will tell you that adapalene is great for your skin. Plus, this is a dupe for differin. As we all know we need the retinol, too. I’m 68 and it hasn’t dried out my skin and since menopause, I need to exfoliate bc I get bumps that look nasty. This helps with that as well. I do suggest wearing sunscreen as skin becomes more sensitive with the retinol in this product. Be careful what kind of sunscreen so you don’t have a breakout from that. Hope that’s helpful.

Wash your face very well with gentle cleanser in the evening.Dry it thoroughly, then wait a min or two to let it dry even more.Apply a pea sized amount of adapalene gel to the entire face, avoiding the eyes, nose, and mouth areas.In the morning, wet a cotton round with cool water and wipe face clean.Apply moisturizer.After moisturizer has soaked in, apply sunscreen. Then makeup if you wear it.Repeat.

I’m 57 and suffer from menopausal acne, wrinkles and have extensive sun damage.
