Greetings: I saw this tea on intagram and since I’m starting to workout and eat clean I deceived to invest in this 2-part tea. Let me start off by saying the tea smells and taste good, 1 tps you might not think is enough but the tea expands as you allow it to sit in the hot water. So I will be updating my progress as I go along so you can see the results .Start Program weight: 266 lbs dress size 16Day 1: I start with the Skinny tea used as directed w/light brown sugar [honey makes the tea taste weird] — this tea taste good hot or cold and you can reuse the tea leafs at least twice so I had 2 cups of the tea. I did notice I got through my workout with less complaining.Day 2: The morning Skinny tea I drunk it while in traffic on my way to work and I added more hot water once I got to work and drunk the tea cold while I ate my lunch. Now based on the online reviews I knew I had to start the Colon tea on day 2 so I worked out had a early dinner and took the Colon tea at 7pm w/brown sugar I was waiting for it to hit my stomach but nothing happened I had a good night sleep. I woke up in the AM on day three had the skinny tea in the am and all hell broke loose. I will replace “poop” with ” Sparkle” for an hour straight all I did was ” Sparkle” I didn’t think it was ever going to end resulting in me being late to work. While sitting in traffic I keep hoping and praying that I did not have to ” Sparkle” I feel like I lost at least 5lbs just from this morning but it seems my stomach has settled [2 hrs later]. All I can say is I have regular system so I was very surprise on the amount of ” Sparkle” I had in me I didn’t think it was ever going to end…. YOU CAN ONLY TAKE THE COLON TEA EVERY OTHER DAY [ie: day 2,4,6,8 ets], YOU ONLY GET 15 COLON TEA BAGS FOR THE 30 DAY DETOX, THE INSTRUCTIONS DONT TELL YOU THAT BUT THE TEA WEBSITE DOES. I will update my review on day 7 with my results.Day 8: I have notice that the tea is allowing me to get through y workout a lot easier. I have also notice my body is starting to change, I’m less bloated and I have gone down a few inch. My plan instead of doing 45 min workout I will start doing 90 min work outs. I have also notice the Colon cleanse works best if you eat clean, I drink the colon tea yesterday and I notice instead of going to the bathroom every 30 min I’m only going the firth 3 hrs after I wake up the key is you have to eat clean if you don’t the more ” Sparkle” you will do. I have also change my eating habits, I’m eating 60% veg/fruit and 40% meat, I have limit my daily sugar instate to only 29g and I have replace all process sugar with brown sugar. As far as drinking coffee they suggest you give it up for 30 days however depending on if you think coffee should be a major food group like I do I am only doing 1 16 oz of coffee a day which is crazy since before I started the tea I was drinking at least 6 cups a day. Lastly I have not weighted myself I’m waiting until the 30th day HOWEER I can tell you I went from a XL to a Large and my clothes are fitting looser and I’m loving my energy level. I will update my review in a few more days.Day 16 for the most part i can tell that i lost inches i went from a XL to a large and my clothes fit better the tea is performing just as it promises. I was able to get the colon tea under control with only sparkling every 2 hrs instead of every 30 min…i went from walking 1.5 miles to 4 miles everyday i also am finding i can get through my workout within an hour and with energy to spare. Only 13 more day ill update my measurment before and after on the 31st day.Day 31: its hard to believe that I am done with this experience I think this is the lonest review I have ever done on Amazon but like most of you I have been burned from products that promise to do things that it doesn’t. This product works well and does what it states AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO A TEA…. I am happy to report that I lost 10 pounds roughly from all the ” sparkling” that I was doing but on top of the pounds which really doesn’t matter as mussel weighs more then fat, I lost major inches and dropped a dress size. When I started the program I was a size 16 now I am a size 14 and not a tight 14 but a solid 14, I lost 2 inches off my rear and as a big booty woman 2 inches is life……. I lost 1 1/ inches off my arms and 1 inch off my forearm, I lost 2 in off my upper thigh and 2 inches off my lower thigh [right above your knee] I lost 1 in off my calf and I lost 2 inches off my lower tummy. I WORKED OUT every day and on the days I took the colon tea I did light cardio at home, I made the mistake going to the gym on my ” sparkle ” day and I thought I was dying. When I started I could only walk/run about 1.5 miles now I’m up to 5 miles thanks to my Kick A#$ play list, I am also up to a 1/2 gallon of water a day and replace all sugar with brown sugar, Coffee is still a must but I am down to 2 cups a day. I would stay this tea is a good starting point it allows you get a small kick start after the 30 days you will realize you can eat clean you can drink water and working out in any form at least 60 min a day is not hard. After the 30 days all the things that I’ve done for the program as instructed by the TeaMi product has become habit and that was the goal. So if you like this review I thank you …. Remember as long as you EAT CLEAN, WORK OUT DAILY, DRINK WATER AND STICK TO THE PROGRAM you will see result and even if the results are small and not big like what you see on the internet SOMETHING IS BETTER THEN NOTHING, and all great victory’s are still victories rather big or small.
