Two Books in One for Your Wellness
This is really two books in one: herbal teas for everyday wellness, and herbal antibiotics to address specific issues.I’m a big fan of natural/holistic wellness approaches and consume many guides and books on the subject. Essential oils, herbal salves, food as medicine… there are many ways to approach the subject by many authors.I found this book interesting as it hones in on herbal teas and using herbal healing for our wellness. The first chapter is great, outlining “History meets science” and the author is good to cover “safety first” in chapter 2.Nice recipes and instructions for crafting teas in covered in the first half of the book. The instructions and recipes are quite clear and easy to follow. Then the author moves to herbal antibiotics. The point the author makes is that at the heart of herbal antibiotics is the ability to disrupt the fundamental process of pathogens and how this works different that traditional medicine. It’s a fascinating subject and well worth picking up the book (especially in light of the crisis of antibiotics misuse today.)Thanks to the author!

    Good info!
This book offered a fresh change from the “typical anti-inflammation cookbooks”, introducing a variety of inflammation-fighting teas that I found interesting and helpful. The book is engaging and I was surprised by the innovative approach to wellness. I recommend it!

Great Dual-Purpose Book on Herbal Teas and Antibiotics
As someone who appreciates natural and holistic wellness approaches, this book offers a refreshing focus on herbal teas and their role in promoting everyday health, along with a fascinating dive into herbal antibiotics. I’ve read many guides on essential oils, salves, and food as medicine, but I found this book to be unique in its approach. The first half of the book covers herbal teas in depth, starting with a nice chapter on how history meets science, followed by a strong emphasis on safety. I really appreciated how clear and easy the recipes and instructions were for crafting your own teas—great for beginners and seasoned enthusiasts alike. The second half moves into the realm of herbal antibiotics, exploring how they differ from traditional medicine in fighting pathogens. With the growing issue of antibiotic misuse, this section feels particularly timely and relevant.Overall, this is a well-organized, informative read. My only critique would be that at times the content felt a bit dense, but it’s packed with useful information for anyone looking to expand their knowledge of natural remedies.

    Pretty Good
Most of the teas, which are in the book, is teas that you can get in different stores, but with added ingredients, think of having green tea with a little cinnamon, or ginger, teas are really good, always remember, to consult a doctor, because certain teas, might not be drinkable with certain medications, but think of making your own teas, with lemon, ginger, cinnamon, honey, and peppermint, these herbal teas, in my opinion, are pretty good, especially green tea, or even white tea, with certain herbs, like basil, mint, sage, and even rosemary, different herbs added to your teas can be a good for the body, because, herbs can help cleanse the human body.
