I’ve been doing my own silk presses for years now and I’ve always been looking for a light oil that won’t weigh my curls down when I take it down and this is PERFECT it not only moisturizes but it’s not greasy and leaves my hair looking rejuvenated and soft. The smell is light my man loves my hair and this silk press has lasted a month and still looks amazing I believe it’s because of this oil! this is the BEST HAIR MILK on the market, it keeps my curls so defined and moisturized for days!I don’t need to use a gel of mousse… i’d have to say that after trying this i switched my whole routine to the mane choice.Their heavenly halo, ancient egyptian and proceed with caution line are hands down the best. PLEASE DONT EVER CHANGE THE FORMULATION OF THIS PRODUCT.I didn’t appreciate the alpha line ( new formulation and their newer stuff they came out with) so as long as the ingredients stay the same i’ll keep on buying my WHOLE CURLY HAIR ROUTINE AND RECOMMEND

Adds nice sheen to hair
Its great if you don’t have time to moisturize your hair, just a couple sprays and adds a very nice sheen. The catch is if you have to be careful not to spray too much as it can feel a little oily.I typically use this product line and all in all, its a great product and I would probably buy again.

This product is very hydrating and keep my hair moisturized for several day.
This product has been working great for me for a few weeks. This mist has moisturized my frizzy, dry hair. It softens and shines my hair without weighing it down. It’s light and non-greasy. Unlike other hair oils, it doesn’t weigh my hair down. I enjoy how soft it leaves my hair. And it has a lovely vanilla scent as well. I would highly recommend.

I’ve tried every line from The Mane Choice and this is my favorite next to “Ancient Egyptian” where I love every single product. I love all the product but THIS OIL…GIRL it smells incredible and is so moisturizing for 4C hair. It really locks everything in while leaving a shine that doesn’t look or feel heavy/greasy. I use this on my wigs too to give a bomb sleek shine and smell good all day. I highly recommend this line and Ancient Egyptian for all my 4C girlies who want to keep their curls juicy and encourage healthy hair growth. The masks from the two lines I mentioned are amazing too if you can find them. Honestly all their masks are amazing except for their A-MAZ-ON line. I say that bc I believe the brand is now owned by white people so the formula for some of the products aren’t the same but this line has stayed solid and the masks still seem true to the OG’s aside from the OG 3 in 1 line and hair growth pills.

Ok sooo I bought this at Sally’s my local beauty supply and ended up stapling it for my 4b hair based on the ingredients. I had no cream moisturizer staple in my LCO moisture regimen and I appreciate mane choice for this cuz it’s the closest thing to all natural hair lotion you’re gonna get and the ingredients are amazing….As for as this purchase, I was so nervous to buy from Amazon cuz the reviews were saying how it’s a watered down different version. I literally matched the ingredients thumb for thumb to the old product… sprayed them both on my hand and the substance itself looks the feels and smells same … the only slight different is the color and that’s IF you’re looking from the outside.. How??? But like I said on my hand they look the same but if you look at the outer packaging from the bottom, the new/Amazon one looks more yellow but that could just be cuz it’s fresh?!?! Or a Mandela effect based on what I saw in the reviews lol. And it’s really slight so I think it’s the new vs used color idk. I’m def not gonna knock the points for that since everything else checked out. Exact same ingredients and SMELL and texture and look of actual lotion when you pump it! If I have any issues in the future I’ll go back to getting it from Sally’s… Best ever! Every black woman needs this!
