This book is a must have for anybody approaching “natural” cosmetics- or anybody wanting to know more about how stuff works in skincare, hair care routines, which ingredients have which proprieties etc.I personally found the book quite informative, although quite basic. Nevertheless a good reference book I will certainly continue consulting in the future.Very beautiful pictures, and very clearly written.

An easy to read, informative and inspiring book. With a little help from books like this we can all make more informed choices about the cosmetics we put on our body. It’s time for the big cosmetic brands to find their conscience and stop using nasty ingredients. I for one will be checking out labels and asking more questions about products before I buy.
