Works great but once a day is too much to start off for newbies
Good product but please start with the lesser concentration they arnt kidding. I have really sensitive skin but I figured I would be fine. NOPE. I got very bad skin irritation, ontop of the purging that happens when using an acid like this. Very uncomfy, painful, and looked like I had a bad case of the pox. I stopped using for a couple weeks and then I only started to use it once or twice a week, works lovely now. No irritation, skin is hydrated and very smooth with a definite improvement in texture. Also PLEASE use a good SPF if you’re gonna use this, or any other acid or retinol. You will burn. No level of skincare will ever be worth as much as the prevention of skin cancer

Highly recommend for people with sensitive skin
I used a 10% lactic acid toner before finding this that cost $60, and I could only use it twice a week otherwise it would irritate my skin too much. Not only is this much cheaper, I can use it daily without major skin irritation and works just as well, if not better than the other product. When first applying out still feel the slight tingle and my skin does pink up a bit. I use it at night and by the morning it’s gone
