Good after dinner tea
This is a good evening tea – I actually drink it AFTER eating instead of to suppress hunger. The kick of cinnamon keeps me from wanting dessert.

My New Favorite Morning Tea
Highly recommend!I like the flavor a lot on its own but it’s also a good tea to mix with other black teas like the almond vanilla or passionfruit papaya. I can’t say that it has helped with weight loss but I haven’t gained weight so there’s that.I also like the packaging, it keeps the tea fresh from what I can tell. Also I’m a big fan of not having to deal with a tea bag string.All in all this is my favorite morning tea and considering I have about 25 teas to choose from I feel that is saying a lot about how good this tea is!

Just so-so. With a little honey and a squeeze of lemon it was okay. But the honey defeats the purpose of trying to lose weight.Not really a good value. But it’s a trustworthy product and they do have other great teas.. you just have to find the ones suited to your taste buds.

I really enjoy this tea and it helps me drink a little bit more water, but also I was surprised that it helped curb my appetite instead of needing a snack midday!

I have a major sweet tooth & I felt like this tea really helped keep it in check. Fixed with some cinnamon, vanilla sweet crème drops & splash of oat milk. 👩🍳💋Felt like a treat.

Be careful, this stuff doesn’t taste the best!
I got this thinking it would be a nice thing to try. I made a cup of this tea right after I got it in the mail, it smelled like cinnamon, so I thought it would taste pretty good considering I like the taste of cinnamon. After the first sip I instantly did not like the taste at all, but I figured I would just need to get used to it. That never happened, it actually started to make my stomach feel sick. I only used one tea bag and I don’t plan on using anymore. I think this stuff is a waste of money, so from my opinion I would say don’t buy this. But if you do decided to buy any of the Teas, I would suggest to buy only one the first time and make sure you like the taste before you buy any more. I was not very smart and bought more than 1 and they all have a similar taste, that I personally hated and they all started to make my stomach feel sick.
