Excellent taste
This tea tastes so good it doesn’t need any type of sweetener. I don’t know if it’s helping with weight loss yet, but I’m hopeful.

Cinched my appetite
My diet was not great, so it took time to get used to this tea. Now, that my diet is less sugar, and more clean and healthy, this tea is amazing. Every time I drink it, it just hits the spot. Especially when I chew with a piece of mint gum. I have it in the morning with breakfast and then throughout the day just for the comforting taste. It’s a very light, mild green tea taste. People note a citrus flavor, but I think that’s the garcinia and matcha which are mild, so no jitters. And the cinnamon makes it nice and mildly sweet, so no sweetener is necessary. Can’t attest to it’s weight loss yet, but it definitely has helped cinch my appetite. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tea. Healthy and subtly cinnamon-y. Unfortunately, the tin was smashed because Amazon shipped it in an envelope. This is happening more and more often. Since the RoT company ships the tins in a padded box, you might want tea shipped directly from them instead of from Amazon’s warehouse.

I was first introduced to this product when I purchased a tin at my local grocery store. I was intrigued by the title Lean Green. I wanted to include more green tea in my daily diet and when I saw that this included match, I decided to try it. The touch of cinnamon had me sold. This is not your ordinary boring green tea. I soon quickly realized that with 36 tea bags in a tin, I’d be buying this almost every week. Considering the unreliability of being able to find this every week (I wasn’t the only one buying this product), I look to see if a larger quanity was avaliable. Thank goodness the Republic of Tea did have the 260 tea bag size. This is now my new favorite tea. I kept the tin so that I’d have a container for when I get to travel. Thank You TRofT for creating this tea blend!

I’ll have to update this review later as far as if it helps with weight loss or not… so far, I can only review the taste. This does take a little longer to steep than my normal green tea. I like a flavorful tea. However, it smells and tastes wonderful. The cinnamon spice doesn’t even really taste like your usual cinnamon to me.. It is just a nice warm flavor. I truly love it. Definitely exceeds expectations (as long as you allow to brew for a nice long time).I can see how it might help with losing weight, as any hot tea does. It fills you up with a warm tummy and I find myself snacking less.
