Great for anxiety and helpful for nausea/pain
I have always loved Peppermint for it’s calming/refreshing properties. These migraine relief sticks roll on easily and are great for dotting the inner wrist, elbow, or temples. I’ve also rolled a tiny bit on my face masks before I go out to help with anxiety.The scent is helpful if you’re dealing with a nausea spell (the peppermint definitely outshines the other essential oil fragrances, however). I appreciate the soothing tingling effect and have used this for other areas of pain aside from my head. While these may not take away your pain, they aroma and sensation helps you relax.As the label says, make sure you keep this out of your peepers! I accidentally got a lil greedy during a bad dizzy spell and put in too much, and it is …spicy…oops!I appreciate that this came with two so I can keep one in my bag and one on hand during the day.

Does not function as a cure all for my headaches, but it offers some relief from both pain and tension. The scent is pleasant, and the mild warming/tingling does help with some muscle tension. Won’t replace Tylenol, but glad to have it in my medicine cabinet.

Wonderful product! I use it for my husband’s TBI headaches that can become very painful. I keep it in the refrigerator and it seems to take the edge off the pain.

Nice applicator, like travel size & works ok to distract and soothe
I like that this fits easily in my purse and is something I can actually apply to my temples as opposed to my other super minty cold thing that can only go on my neck. The metal applicator feels really nice & it does feel cool and refreshing. The smell is not too strong and is rather pleasant. It works alright to distract me a little from my headache if I’m waiting for meds to kick in or out and about and can’t use my other things until I get home.

This thing has been very helpful is releasing stress headaches. I suffer from migraines so if I’m in a full blown episode it doesn’t get rid of it but it does help with relaxing during it. I purchased a couple to have one for home and one on the go.
