First time getting consistent good sleep in a decade
Don’t hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn’t be more in love with it. I’ve used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I’ve ever bought myself.For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn’t be strong enough, and I’d still be lying awake at 3 am.I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don’t know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I’ve had that doesn’t make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I’m finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren’t necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I’m setThe only thing I don’t love about this is the scent, like it doesn’t smell bad but I wouldn’t buy a perfume of it. This scent could easily be someone’s favorite scent, but it just isn’t mine lol. I’ve just never been a camomile or vetivert girl, but with that being said, it isn’t like I spray my pillow and I’m up gagging. It’s still a calming scent and I’m already getting more and more used to itI’m probably going to end up getting this spray auto-shipped to me and buying it for my family for birthdays or Christmas or whatever. I really love this product and cannot recommend it enough

I love this pillow spray. I put it on my pillows just before going to sleep and the scent is very calming and relaxing. As long as you don’t have an allergy to any of the ingredients, it’s a great product. I keep a small bottle in my travel bag, so I’m never without it.

Peacefully Sleeping
I first used this at a Hilton Hotel. They had it for our use in the room. I was hooked. Almost a year later and I’m still a fan. This spray is wonderful and so relaxing. The smell is amazing.

I can’t say I completely attribute falling asleep to the spray because I typically fall asleep pretty fast, but I will say it puts me in the right mindset to go to sleep due to the smell.

Lavendar Sleep
This is something I do not plan to ever be without. I take it when I travel and use it everynight at home. The aroma of the lavendar in this spray is very pleasant and actually seems to help me relax. Love it. A bit pricey but it goes a long way.

Buyer beware, this may not be the product you are looking for….
So I don’t leave reviews often unless the product is outstanding or really bad. I checked out the other reviews to see what others said to see if the problem I had was mutual and found a similar review and so I thought I’d share my experience. The first time I tried this product, it was a small, sample size product. And it truly worked when sprayed on a pillow, had a wonderful long lasting scent from natural oils and I felt helped with sleep, because it made you want to nuzzle into your pillow.So my sister’s birthday was coming up, and she occasionally has trouble sleeping, so I thought I’d get her this as a gift and get myself a larger version as well because I liked the sample size I’d gotten so much.When it arrived, I quickly opened mine and put it in the bedroom next to my bed to try sometime in the future. About a week later, I sprayed my pillow and the smell was quite unexpected. There was some of the natural oil scent, but mainly the scent was a strong vinegar-Y odor and was nothing like the small sample I had gotten before.I’m not one to send products back or to take the time to write to a seller to try to get a refund or a replacement which would probably just be more of the same. I am the type of person who will leave a review for others as a warning however.Now all I know is that if you get a small sample size version of this or possibly an official version directly from the company who makes this product in the U.K. (they have a website and you can order direct which is my next step), it can be a wonderful product when sprayed on a pillow. But I think this product has been altered or switched at some point and say buyer beware. If you get a product that doesn’t smell very strongly of natural plant based oils, you are being duped.

This is the third time I purchased this product, not to help me sleep but to have pillows that smell incredible, especially in hotels. I love the smell so much I am now using it on my pillows at home.

Decent Product, Not As Effective
The quality of the spray itself is nice — the scent feels calming, not too strong, and the bottle seems like it will last a good while since you don’t need to use much each time. In terms of effectiveness though, I don’t notice it helping me actually fall asleep. What I do notice is that once I finally manage to drift off on my own, I tend to sleep harder and stay asleep a bit better, which I appreciate. For me, magnesium or melatonin works much better overall, so this isn’t a replacement — more of a mild boost.

Pillow talk, e il mio prodotto preferito, lo uso ogni sera, ma sopratutto quando sono stanco dal lavoro, o anche un po’ stressato, mi aiuta a dormire meglio e al risveglio mi sento come un ciclone, ovviamente il prodotto si presenta acquoso ma non importa, io lo spruzzo circa 20 minuti prima di andare al letto così il prodotto si asciuga lasciando l’aroma, lo uso anche sul pigiama. A volte lo uso anche sulle camicie quando so che la giornata può essere stressante.

Well as I bought this product i was not expecting much but this lavender sleep spray has completely changed my sleep experience. I used to lie in bed for hours and hours but never able to get to sleep, but now the second my head touches the pillow I instantly fall asleep (well nearly always.) spraying this spray on my pillow has become my favourite part of my night routineIf you asked me if I recommend this product to anyone who loves a calming lavender scent- yes definitely.As for the price is a little expensive but you only need a 1-2 sprays, so it does last me a while .As soon as I have finished the spray i find myself buying a new one!I hope you have found this review helpful :)Byeeee.
