Oddly enough I do feel a noticeable difference in my functionality when taking this product. I work 3 jobs and my energy levels have been very consistent. My skin has also improved even after long hours and and irregular schedule this does make it easier to manage

Works but with caveats
Glycine is claming and is a GABA agonist meaning it helps make GABA receptors ore available and thus you calm down. Sometimes I have a paradoxical effect and it stimulates me. Same with Taurine. I take them during the day and I feel really calm.

I can’t do all this I have arthritic hands. This item was awful. I tried one on my hands and where I had pain and the odor was so outrageous. I had to toss it and I never got a refund and I should’ve.

Really bad other ingredients. Trusting the brand I did not see these until after purchase. 3 days after use I had bad digestive issues and stopped taking these. Everything cleared.

Glycine is generally a very inexpensive yet very effective supplement, beneficial for many things. One of them is sleep. Not sure about the results as I haven’t done any specific tests since taking this product but Thorne is generally a brand I like and trust.
