Worth the money
Bought these for my boyfriend who has heart issues, which is something that runs in his family. His grandfather passed away from it, his father currently suffered from it and now he has faced issues himself. I thought I would have to force feed them to him, but the fact that he asked me to buy him more says a lot. Please give these a chance if you are even considering them. I thank everyone who has left a review, it’s what prompted me to purchasing them, from what my boyfriend has said about them they are truly a blessing

I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of years now. It is great for easing heart palpitations. Whenever I run out the palpitations return. I highly recommend it. Thorne makes a high quality product and this is one of my favorites.

First COQ10 I can take …
I have tried taking coQ10 before and had really bad nightmares and other side effects .. not sure why,I even tried products with lower dosages. This is the first time I have been able to take without side effects.I am not sure why but this product seems to make me feel calmer as well, maybe the hawthorne in this product?I know how important coQ10 is , so I am glad I found this product

I am actually not sure how effective these vitamins are BUT as an, ahem, elderly gentleman whose diet is not actually great I take them as a precaution and a hope. I can say that, having had some recent tests of my heart function, I passed all with flying (for a man my age) colors.
