Looking for supplements is always a tricky endeavor. So many of the products on the market today do more other than reduce the money in our pocketbook. But after a lot of searching and talking to friends, who know about nutrition, I settled on a variety of products from Thorne. It’s safe to say that these are not the cheapest supplements you can get, but when it comes to health, I’m more concerned about effective than cheap. As a person over 50 who has recently taken up jogging again, old sports injuries tend to creep into my knees on a regular basis. Looking for something to counteract this discomfort, I started to take the thorn joint supplement. I can honestly say that after a couple of weeks, my jogging has increased, but not my discomfort. I’m confident at the quality ingredients and the science that goes into the supplements is something that we can trust for our health. I continue to be a Supporter of these products. I can also say that Amazon offers pricing as competitive as buying direct.

I stopped taking the Kirkland Glucosamine Chondroitin and bought this as I like Throne products. After 30 days I noticed I felt discomfort when putting socks on in the morning. I switched back to the Kirkland version and after 2 week I noticed I put my socks on without issue. I love most Thorne products but this one does not work well for me.
