I am actually ‘shook’ by the results I just received from my 60 day blood work!I should be a rep for this supplement!!My Cholesterol was extremely high…309!!I told my doctor I would not do statins and she supported that 100% and told me to get these and take 2 a day. I’ve been taking this product (2 capsules with dinner) for 3 months. My cholesterol has already dropped from 238 total / 160 LDL, to 208 total / 130 LDL. I have not made any other changes. Works great but very expensive
I ordered this on 2/14 and it is now 3/1 and it still has not been delivered. If I reorder now, it ways I will get it delivered tomorrow! So why is it taking over 2 weeks for me to get my order?Updated – finally delivered. Great results – after taking for 3 months, my total cholesterol went down 24%, triglycerides went down 36%, and LCL went down 33%. All lipid results went significantly in the right direction.So why only 4 stars? This is much more expensive than most other RYR supplements. I will move to another brand and hope for the same results.

I refused to go on stating, so when I was told about RYR+ CoQ10, I figured I had nothing to lose. My high cholesterol is a hereditary trait that I have had for years. My starting cholesterol was at 268 and after 3 months of taking RYR, I am down to 223!!! Highly recommend trying this FIRST before putting synthetic drugs in your body that can have horrible side effects.

I had tried other brands of RYR without success but knew Thorne was well known for its quality. After 3 months of only taking a half dose (1 capsule per day) my LDL dropped 30 points without a drop in HDL. Amazing product.
