Amazing, but likely overpriced
I am a 46 year old woman with dry, aging skin—specifically fine lines that I don’t love. I have been on a mission to undo and prevent as much of this as possible, by trying different brands and ingredients to see which work best. While I normally use Korean skincare products, I was so excited to try Timeline’s Mito-Biotic Dewey Cream Lightweight Moisturizer. This stuff is fascinating, rooted in science by Timeline, who started out as a supplement company to fight aging from the inside out and then developed incredible science driven products to also combat it from the outside. I didn’t want to love this product because it is incredibly expensive. At the time I ordered, this lovely, luxe looking, 1.7 ounce bottle was $160, but appears to be even $40 higher in price now. That doesn’t feel sustainable to me—so I think my hope was well founded. The bottle is nice, utilizing a nice pump. It looks high end. 2 pumps is enough to cover my face well so it will last a quite a while. It is unscented, and light weight. It massages nicely into my face and absorbs quickly. Once absorbed, my face looks and feels incredibly nourished, very moisturized and ridiculously soft. I have been using it for about a week, and I’ve actually noticed a difference in the texture of my facial skin as well as a slight reduction in the fine lines on my forehead. This is especially noticeable when I raise my eyebrows and watch the lines reduce as I lower them. And, as an incredible topper offer, my skin has a radiant glow when all is said and done. I love that the ingredients include Mitopure, their patented and research-backed bioactive, that again is rooted in science and tech, specifically: Mito-Biotic Technology along with collagen, peptides, Niacinamide, green tea and shea butter. I seriously didn’t want to love this incredible product from Switzerland, but alas, I do love it. $160 would break the bank for me and $200 is absolutely unreachable, so I wouldn’t be able to buy it again. I’m not sure, as much as I love it, if it’s worth the price, as I have found a few other products that perform just about the same, and are still luxe, high end products, for a more affordable price. But, this stuff is still amazing!

This moisturizer called me poor
This is a gorgeous moisturizer, but the price tag makes me want to cry. I think I heard this cream bougie laughing when it saw my other budget skin care products. It feels super luxurious on the skin. I just about one pump for my face. It absorbs well and doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. My skin feels very hydrated after using it and has a nice glow. Is hydration and glow worth $200? Eh, not on my budget unfortunately. I have maybe noticed some minor temporary improvements in fine lines, but nothing to write home about. It has a minor scent (it’s not scented but you can smell the ingredients). This didn’t bother me at all though.I have fairly fickle, sensitive skin that likes to break out if a product even looks at it wrong. But I didn’t experience any irritation or breakouts with this.If you have a few extra hundred in your budget, this is a great option. But if you don’t, you’re not missing a miracle product.

STEM Girls, This One’s For You and Anyone Else Who Wants To See Results Fast.
(Full Ingredient List Below)I lived and worked in Zurich for years, and during that time I developed a deep appreciation for Swiss skincare (and of course, yes, the chocolate too). Years later, when Timeline launched its Mitopure supplements, I was intrigued by the clinical, peer-reviewed research backing their claims, even though I hadn’t taken any supplements before. I’ve been taking them daily for years now. I think they make a huge difference to my overall health. I am routinely mistaken for someone 15 years younger. When Timeline first introduced skincare a few years ago now, I tried it. and it was good, but not great. There’s a lot of excellent skincare out there, and the original formulas didn’t quite stand out. But this new release is different. This updated cream still contains Urolithin A, the mitochondrial powerhouse behind Mitopure. but the overall formulation and results are just better.I saw visible improvements fast: within about 10 days, my skin looked glowier, lines softened, and overall tone felt healthier. The cream absorbs quickly, leaves no residue, and caused zero irritation. One detail worth noting: this formula includes two peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, often combined as Matrixyl 3000, a proven anti-aging duo. If you’re a fan of Matrixyl 3000-based skincare, you’ll likely love this.I also really appreciate that Timeline offers this in a trial size. It gave me enough product to truly user it with enough time to see real results before committing to the full size version. It’s definitely a premium product, but for me, it’s worth it.Ingredients From Bottle Below:Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Niacinamide, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteare, Squalane, Saccharide Isomerate, Urolithin A, Cetyl Alcohol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Hydroxyacetophenone, Xanthan Gum, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Glycol, Tocopherol, Mannitol, Sodium Trehalose, Hydrogenated Opuntia Phytate, Hydrogenated Opuntia Extract, Ficus-Indica Flower Extract, Alcohol, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Sodium Lactate, Carbomer, Coco-Glucoside, Sodium Hyaluronate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Tocopherol, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7.
