GREAT OPTION FOR THOSE SEEKING NATURAL/AT HOME HELP
After I changed careers, I found I had high blood pressure, after a lifetime of having LOW BLOOD PRESSURE. I am not willing to get blood pressure medication, such as Lisonipril, yet. Prescription meds are expensive, my healthcare plan is pretty lousy, I am not sure which doctor I will get each time. My husband already takes medication for hypertension by the way.Drinking this tea helps us lower our blood pressure (for me significantly, for him, just somewhat) without prescription medication.Naturally, do not do this before or without your doctors approval, lest you have a stroke, but if you have some room for self-help this will likely be a good option for you.The tea isn’t horrible, but it is a bit gamey. Sometimes we drink this with a bit of wild honey or a tiny dab of brown sugar.
