The number 1 food you should be consuming and it has a very good flavor for an oil. You can’t beat it. I got the lemon flavor and will buy again.

Most bottles dont taste fishy (but some do!)
We regularly buy this. According to Amazon, we’ve bought 8 bottles now. 5 or 6 of those bottles were amazing. No fishy taste at all! One bottle was so fishy we returned it immediately. A couple bottles were slightly fishy, but just barely tolerable, so we sucked it up. We’re finishing a fishy bottle now… And praying our next one is better!

My daughter purchased the 1st bottle for me. Now I’m about to order my 2nd bottle. This cod liver oil taste better than what I’m use to in my opinion. It’s not as thick as all the other brands I’ve had which makes it easier to swallow. The smell of fish doesn’t hit you in the face when opening the bottle. I don’t know about the health benefits of it but I’ve gotten compliments on my skin since I’ve been consistent with it. I’ve noticed myself the change in my nails. They’ve stop splitting; having those white rough looking lines in them, starting to look healthier and pink the way nails are supposed to look. Beginning to get become more stronger and not break as much. If they weren’t polished I would take a picture of them. I guess for me it oil it a bit pricey especially during times like these. But the older folks used it for health benefits so I guess I have to do what I have to do in order to stay well. A lot of people may not of even know about this stuff for illness but we live by it in the south. Trust it works!!!

BENEFICIAL AND TASTES GREAT.
I compared details of different brands of flavored cod liver oil and decided on Icelandic because it has quality ingredients, is processed to maintain quality and potency and is a good value. Although the benefits of cod liver oil are many and documented, I HATED the fishiness of the original one I tried. I was happy to find Icelandic with lemon flavor is pleasant tasting with zero fishy taste or burp issues.

The Secret to Nice Nails
I was recently in Iceland and noticed that the locals took a small shot glass of Cod Liver Oil each morning. In a “when in Rome” moment I tried it. It did not taste great as I did not eat the lemon that came with it however, within three days my nails were pink and moisturized and beautiful! They were previously very dry and I had problems with hang nails. That had all changed. When I returned to the States I discovered this and have been taking each night every since. The lemon makes the taste tolerable and the health benefits are amazing.
