I have been using this product for over a year now and i can say that i have not experienced any breakouts from it and my skin always feels so clean and soft! I use every night as my first wash to remove all makeup or even if i just wear sunscreen and then u use my face wash and my skin has been the best its been in years! For reference i have acne / combo skin.

This stuff is amazing at removing makeup and sunscreen. It says you don’t need to follow up with a water based cleanser but I like to anyway. Expensive but worth it.

Botanicals Is The Best
This is the best cleansing cream, makeup remover I have ever used, and I am a product junky. It is especially great for dry and aging skin. It removes your makeup easily and leaves your skin soft and moisturized. I also love the scent, it is fresh and yummy. I know it may seem a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way. I’ve been using this for 3 years now and I can not imagine using anything else. Love!

Probably the best clean noncomedogenic balm cleanser
I’ve always used oil cleansers, until I tried balm cleansers. They are a double cleanse in one product.This one is great because: 1) is soft on application, and goes from balm to oil once applied on skin, 2) removes all makeup and does not sting eyes, 3) emulsifies easily to a soft lather and comes off with warm water or a warm towel, and 4) has a nice scent of eucalyptus, ginger, and turmeric (this is terrible, but the scent is a bit reminiscent of drug store cologne Jean Nate. Once you realize this, you cannot “un-realize”). 5) leaves skin moisturized and brightens a bit, and 6) does not contain wax (which can clog pores… yay!)Cons: its a bit expensive; little spoon for scooping may get lost–keep an eye on it.

The good stuff!
My go to. I absolutely love this product. It completely removes all my makeup without leaving my skin feeling dry and flaky. It works best when applied without water. Rub all over, then take a warm wash cloth and wipe away your makeup, and rinse. I do occasionally still need to use eye makeup remover on days I wear heavier mascara, but most days this balm is all I need. I’ve been using it over a year now, I have sensitive skin and this stuff is magic.

I do not recommend if you have sensitive skin
I used this product and developed a bad rash around my eyes and on the sides of my face. This occurred after 3-4 days after using. I had to go to urgent care followed by a dermatologist. Months later I am still dealing with a rash. I also bought the travel pack and used the serum weeks later thinking it was just the cleansing balm but still had issues. after using these products. I would not recommend if you have sensitive skin.
