It’s hard for us to get enough in our food, because it’s mostly in foods that give us headaches, so the supplement has been a good way to get it. This one also includes the black pepper extract (piperine) to help the turmeric absorb faster, ginger as well.No added extra ingredients, fillers, and preservatives in this one. Just the supplements you’re looking for, and the gel cap. Very simple. Would order again

Well I’ve taken this almost every day for a month, and I’m just not sure if I can continue. I purchased this for the anti inflammatory properties and to help with my high blood pressure, and I can’t say I’ve seen any improvement. I think the price you pay for 120 capsules is more than fair, making it a good value in that respect, but the taste and ease of swallowing need to be greatly improved. Taking these literally feel like a punch to my gut every time I take them. I haven’t seen any noticable pain relief and I can’t say I find them particularly effective.

Good potency in extract and concentrate.
At first I thought this blend was a considerably lower dosage than I am accustomed to but I realized that the turmeric is in concentrated and extract form when I have usually taken the root powder form. This greatly increases the ease of use as the dosage is only one capsule rather than the three or four I had been using.The dosage of ginger seems pretty tiny and may be included to help with stomach upset but the usual dosage of ginger root powder I’ve seen for this purpose is several times the 50mg here.Overall it seems to have good ingredients and since I always take with food I haven’t experienced any stomach upset. I’m also anticipating that it should work as well or better than the regular powder form as it is a standardized extract. I will report back if there is any change in joint pain relief.
