I didn’t feel that it worked, I was really hoping that it would but for me, it didn’t suppress my appetite or anything. Everyone is different but this one unfortunately didn’t work for me): waste of money

It was recommended to help me stay hydrated, and also to lose weight. I think it has helped, but since it is not FDA approved, I have not been able to find much info on its mechanism of action, side effects, and interactions with others drugs. There is a warning to not take Forskolin with beta blockers (high blood pressure medicine), and nitrates for chest pain such as Nitroglycerin, it will increase the effect of those meds and your blood pressure will bottom out. The dosage of this product is much higher than what I’ve seen recommended on other sites, so I decided to only take it once per day instead of twice. It would be nice to know if there are any dangers to taking forskolin longterm at this high of a dose.Takeaway: Do not use this supplement without discussing with your primary doctor first.If there are no concerns after reviewing your current problems and meds, then I think it is effective in assisting with weight loss and increasing your body’s ability to retain water if you become dehydrated easily, as I do.
