PROS: Arrived same day. It definitely works. I took the pill at exactly 7:45pm by 8:45 I was in the bed and knocked out around 9ish. I got a full 8 hours sleep. (nEveR had full 8 hours before) I woke up feeling just ok not groggy or still exhausted just ok. I’m writing this review the day after taking first pill. It’s 10am and I feel a little tired but not overly. I can get through the day. … Will I take again. yES but Not days in a row. I will take sparingly when I’m desperate for sleep. CUT IT IN HALF!!!
The 5 stars is for the fact that this product did give me a full nights sleep, I was out like a light for at least 10 hours … however it’s after 4 pm the following afternoon and I’m still groggy. I’m a small woman, so I guess it’s too big a dose for me. I’d advise anyone trying it for the first time to cut a pill in half; that’s what I’ll do the next time,

Great for light sleepers
I am not a good sleeper (maybe due to my age and maybe due to my constant overthinking), and melatonin stopped working for me. I had a nurse suggest I try Unisom and it’s the first thing that’s worked for me in a long time. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I will fall back asleep. I also appreciate that it doesn’t make me feel groggy and out of it in the morning. The pills are small, and they do not have any taste. They are easy to swallow, and the price is very reasonable!

This helped me fall asleep the first couple of nights, but after that it didn’t seem to work as well. May work better for some people, but it wasn’t consistent for me.

For the past few months I’ve been having trouble going to sleep, or even staying asleep. My husband on the other hand has sleep paralysis and ends up waking up during the night. I purchased these with the intentions of only using it to fix my sleeping problem but my husband has used it as well and it has helped so much with his sleep ensuring he stays asleep and is able to wake up without the feeling of having sleep paralysis. I can now fall asleep with ease, and around 15-30 min but that depends on the person. And my husband says that he feels like he has been able to get a full nights rest fine.

Works extremely well… perhaps too well. I’m 190 lbs, I took 1 25mg tablet, it knocked me out within 30 minutes as advertised. Slept 7 hours, woke up needing to use bathroom. I was able to get up without feeling dizzy or disoriented, but I was beyond exhausted and lethargic. The sedation was so strong I was barely able to stay awake in the bathroom. Went back to bad and fell asleep within seconds, woke up 4 hours later. I was still very tired but functional. The sedation seemed to finally wear off after 14 hours (meaning I no longer felt lethargic / tired).I would strongly suggest splitting the 25mg pill in half (it is scored to make cutting in half easy). Doing this gave much better results, I didn’t feel feel utterly exhausted after waking up after 8 hours by only taking 1/2. If 1/2 doesn’t work for you, then try a full tablet next time… and I strongly suggest taking it on a non-work day for your first time to make sure you don’t wake up the next day feeling completely exhausted from the sedative.

Works better than melatonin for getting me to sleep fast. I’ve taken melatonin (10mg) for years but doesn’t fast enough, but this knocked me out in like 20 minutes.Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I felt super tired even after my alarm went off. Not great if you’ve got work the next day. I’d recommend trying half a tablet first or break it into 4 pieces because 25mg tablet is way too much. I’m extremely tired right now, called a day off work so yeah don’t take 25 mg at once.

As someone who’s been suffering with sleep after working days and nights it kinda made it so I would get 3 hours of sleep a night. I took one of these 2 hours pass i felt a bit tired so I took another one and I slept for 8 hours for the first time in over a year. Hopefully I can keep using it.
