I read that applying this on your temples will help wake you up in the morning. The scent is very strong. And I have a dog who likes to snuggle. Peppermint essential oils not being good for dogs and this having such a strong scent I do not use it. But otherwise it works great. Giving 5 stars since my situation is unique.

If you’re 60 like me, and still doing physical work, and everything hurts, use this. Works great on spot pain like in my hands. Neck pain, foot pain, it’s great.

Great idea but minimal scent!
I love the roller bar & I love the lavender scent. The problem I have with it is that the scent doesn’t last 10 or 12 minutes. Could be too many carrier oils used that blinds the scent of the lavender. I have worn various oils as cologne, and I’ve also used several drops into my body lotion. But that didn’t happen with this oil.
