It is an effective tool in the migraine arsenal!
Based on the severity of the migraine & how early it is caught it can really help put a dent in the migraine, especially if you have a magnesium deficiency. The scent isn’t overpowering to me and is relaxing. Everyone is different when it comes to migraines; if you like searching for more holistic approaches then maybe it will also be a winner in your book? I use it along with ginger and sometimes a compress, or heating pad in attempts to avoid prescription meds like Imitrex (hate having to take them and only do so when nothing else works) which are hard on the heart. I wish holistic approaches and aromatherapy worked all the time.

Calms but didn’t cure …
I love the scent and use it when my muscles are cramping. However, It didn’t stop migraine pain. Seemed to help with calming down for sleep. It isn’t sticky like most spray magnesium oil products so that is a big plus!

I liked this product because it really relieved any foul smells, headaches or migraines. I used it to spray my mask. During 8 hrs of work sometimes I develop headaches and after spraying this scent it relieves my headache!
