Excellent Collagen Product
I have been using this product for about 3 months and my hair and nails love it. I had bad ridges and dents in some of my nails and they have almost disappeared. I love that they are vegan and are super easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. The price is very reasonable in comparison to the collagen that I have purchased in the past. Maintaining youth!
I’ve been taking this supplement for quite a while. I find that it helps predominantly with my skin and hair. I think my nails are a lost cause as I’ve tried any number of “cures” for them. I believe this “collagen” helps me to maintain youthful skin. People are always taken aback when I admit my age… it’s 57. They often don’t believe me.

I use this collagen at half dose with another powder marine collagen at half dose … it is hard to say if this works because I live a healthy-fit lifestyle overall, but I feel like my skin is healthy and people often think I am younger than my age so I feel like this probably helps with my overall anti-aging regimen.
