Been taking this for about 9 months. I’ve seen a huge different in the health of my hair and nails. Skin is healthier too. I’m over 40 and female. I’ve been looking for something to help support. I don’t like taking powdered products so this works perfectly. Hair is longest it’s ever been and healthy. My nails and skin are also improving. The product has noticeably produced results.I had done some research and found that a collagen supplement would need to contain a mixture of collagen types to b effective; so i chose this product because it’s description fell in line with what I had learned. Also the capsules are easy to swallow, I just received my third order.

Good results but affects your gut.
I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

I bought this for my nails and hair and so far I am not impressed. I used a different brand in the past and it worked really well. However, it didn’t have collagen in it; So I switched to this one hoping it would be better. I am going to finish the bottle, but I think I am going back to the other brand.
