I have no idea why this product has so many positive reviews. It literally doesn’t do anything. It’s a complete waste of money. I bought this because I’m a day sleeper, I stay up during the night and sleep during the day just fine, but I got a new job that requires me to be up early in the morning, so going to bed early at night is a must. Took one of these completely useless pills to help me fall asleep early and it did absolutely nothing at all. Didn’t even make me feel slightly sleepy whatsoever. I bought this thinking the high price meant better quality and more effectiveness, but it turned out to be overpriced junk. I am so upset that this product is not returnable because now I feel scammed and robbed.

Terrible AFIB, headache, jittery nervousness
I’ve taken this 3 nights in a row, and today I feel TERRIBLE. I had never taken valerian before, so I did not know what to expect, or how it would affect me. I’m sure it’s the valerian, because I have taken the other ingredients without side effects. I think it builds up in your blood, and the side effects are really noticeable after several days. Each time I took this, I fell asleep quickly, but then I woke up after about 3 hours, unable to go back to sleep. I took a long nap yesterday during the day, however, and then took it the third time before going to bed last night. The side effects seem to be cumulative, as though the valerian builds up in your blood. Today I feel like I could have a heart attack. I have very noticeable AFIB, a jittery nervousness in my limbs, and a pounding headache. I will not take this again, because I think it’s dangerous for me.
